A little bit about me…
When I first became a mom, my own mental and physical health were stretched to the brink by systems that were never designed to support caregivers. Navigating a demanding career, recovering from two unplanned c-sections, postpartum anxiety, and the invisible labor of early parenthood fundamentally changed how I saw the world around me.
After more than 15 years in media and technology, focused on partnerships, storytelling, and building meaningful connections at scale, motherhood brought a profound shift in perspective. Like many parents, I felt the depth and beauty of pregnancy and early parenthood, and also how isolating it can be when support is thin or hard to access.
That contrast is what inspired me to deepen my expertise as a certified perinatal behavioral health coach with FamilyWell Health, mental health coach through the Headspace Training Institute, Birthsmarter childbirth educator, Fair Play Facilitator, and an MSW candidate at Columbia University.
I built The Way Station to channel my passion into meaningful support for individuals and families navigating pregnancy, early parenthood, and other major life transitions that is evidence-informed and grounded in my own lived experience.
Alongside this work, I partner with organizations in the maternal health and family care space as a strategic advisor and board collaborator. I currently serve as a fractional Director of Partnerships for Hello Nanny!®, a nationwide agency transforming how families hire childcare and household support, where I build and execute bespoke partnerships from concept to launch with parent focused brands and trusted experts.
Whether I’m supporting a client, teaching a class, or advising a leadership team, my goal is the same: to help create steadier ground and a clearer path forward.
